Nearly every student will begin in Level 1. However, if you have some Spanish experience and would like to be considered for a higher level, you have the option to take an Oral Placement Exam. This helps us place you in the right class. Plus, if you take the exam and enroll in a group class, you'll receive a $25 discount. You can schedule an Oral Placement Exam by clicking “Enroll Now” at the bottom of this page.

No, you may not have to start at Level 1. To determine the appropriate level for you, we require all students (wanting to join a level higher than level 1) to take an Oral Placement Exam first. This helps us match you with the right class. Plus, if you take the exam and enroll in a group class, you'll receive a $25 discount!
